Story

Founded in the year 2016, we are composed of 6 driven entrepreneurs who want to shake things up in the Persian Cuisine arena--among many other things that we may go into in the future. Why Persian you may ask? Because persian cuisine is our passion. We have in our roster, three reputable and skilled chefs, namely chef Violet de Silva and chef Manoj de Silva, very well-known from their current job as lead chefs in ISCAM, a prestigious culinary institution. Chef Humphrey Navarro, then executive sous chef for one of the most prestigious hotels, the Mandarin Oriental. These, our partners, are on a mission to serve culinary-genius on a platter.

We have combined our expertise to bring to our customers, authentic persian street food that will bring delight and something 'new'--which will keep on having people crave for more. What customers should expect, is an exquisite and flavorful food menu but for a filipino-friendly price. We are serving the best of both worlds-- affordable, value-filled AND authentic, mouth-watering persian cuisine.

To educate consumers about "Halal" and how healthy "Halal" food is. At the same time provide value-filled, affordable and authentic great-tasting persian food.

What is Halal Food?

Halal is an Arabic word that means "permissible." In terms of food, it means food that is permissible according to Islamic law. For a meat to be certified "halal," it cannot be a forbidden cut (such as meat from hindquarters) or animal (such as pork.)

Halal can be attributed to be "blessed meat." As the way it is procured is of a healthy process.
